How we protect you
- ▸One-click cancel. Your subscription ends when you end it. No phone calls, no retention scripts.

- ▸No bonuses or free credits. Every retention hook in the sportsbook world is a compulsion trigger. We don't use them.
Data & privacy basics
We store only what's necessary to run your account: email, subscription status, and anything you post in-app. We do not sell or share your data. We use Stripe for payments (you can revoke consent in their portal) and Resend for transactional email.
Want your data erased? Email support@thepickbook.com with the subject "Delete my data" - we'll action it within 14 days per standard privacy norms.
