Terms of Service

The Pick Book (thepickbook.com, "we", "us") is a sports betting education and tools platform. We do not accept wagers, hold member funds, or operate as a sportsbook. All bets you place happen at your own sportsbook of choice.

You must be at least 21 years old (or 18+ where state law permits) to use The Pick Book. By signing up, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You must not use our service if sports betting is illegal where you live. It is your responsibility to know your local laws.

We are educational and informational. Nothing we provide is a guarantee of results, financial advice, or investment advice.

Paid membership is optional. Plans are monthly recurring subscriptions charged via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Free trials: 3 days, no charge. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.

Refunds: We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@thepickbook.com within 14 days.

Betting involves risk. You may lose money. Past performance does not indicate future results. Our picks, analysis, tools, and educational content are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or gambling advice. Any decisions you make based on our content are your own responsibility.

You agree to:

• ▸Provide accurate information when creating an account
• ▸Keep your login credentials confidential
• ▸Not share paid content with non-members
• ▸Not submit fake win screenshots or impersonate others
• ▸Not harass other members or our team

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

When you submit a win screenshot, comment, or tracked bet, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it for the purposes of operating The Pick Book. You confirm the content is yours to share and does not violate anyone's rights.

We may moderate, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular pick will be profitable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for your betting losses. Ever. Full stop.

We link to and integrate with third-party services (sportsbooks, payment processors, odds providers). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their practices.

We may update these terms occasionally. If changes are material, we will notify members by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
